Refund policy
When Cue Ledger sells a paid digital product, refund requests may be submitted within 30 days of purchase by emailing support@cueledger.online with the order reference and reason.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when the processor allows. Processing time depends on the card issuer or payment provider and may take several business days after approval.
Limits
Requests outside the 30-day window may be declined unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Abuse of refunds (repeated purchase-and-refund cycles) may lead to refusal of future sales.
Legal rights
This policy does not limit non-waivable consumer rights under applicable Brazilian law.
